Log into your account, file a complaint with full details + unboxing video, and once approved, return it with original packaging to the nearest LCS using the provided Consignment Number. Change of mind is not accepted.

Card, JazzCash/EasyPaisa and Installment refunds go directly to the original method. Refunds are processed in 3–7 working days for COD/Bank and 5–15 working days for cards/installments after the item is received.

Answer: In-stock orders are delivered Monday–Saturday (9 am–8 pm). Tracking ID and packaging video are shared. Open Parcel (extra PKR 300) is available only in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Karachi — you can check the outer package before payment, but cannot break the seal. If the product is wrong or damaged, the rider will take it back.
